• All music on this site is from the public domain.

• We will not give out, rent or sell your private information to another company. We don't appreciate it when the websites we visit abuse our privacy rights, so we won't abuse yours.

• You may not use the midi, mp3 karaoke, graphics, pdf  files as content on your sites. You may not link direct to any of our midi, graphic, pdf files or notation files. You can freely link to our index page, we are happy to consider reciprocal or mutual links.

• Allow one week to ten  business days for the shipment of books/material to reach destination from  the Netherlands.

• After purchase and receiving our material e.g. books, e-book any kind of music you may ask questions through email only for one week. After one week of purchase we including admin of website and paypal account holder (khan.modelcars@hccnet.nl)  will not be bound to answer your emails or questions through any media. All payments through any money transfer agency are sent on personal basis and with mutual understanding and trust.

• We do not supply computer support- If you have issues with your PC or Mac in terms of connection to the Internet; hardware or software problems including browser, operating system, download, or sound file problems, we cannot supply support. You would need to contact a qualified specialist for assistance.

• Lessons provided with the books are in conjunction with the website lessons. When you read books please visit website for reference and audio clips. No further lessons or audio clips will be provided with the purchase of books, CDs or e.books.

• The content of our website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. All materials published in our website (including, but not limited to information and instruction content, sound files, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, midi music, psr tabla styles, e.books and video clips, also known as the "Content".
  
  You may download or print copies of the Content and other downloadable items for personal, non-commercial home use only. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content in whole or in part. We reserves the right to update, change, add, or remove policies at any time. We also have right to modify, change our books/e-books cd and website contents without informing our customers. We can change update, add, or remove policies or portions of policies at any time.

• Payment for purchase of musical items or books are not refundable. All sales are final because of the nature of digital content which is downloadable and printable. Moreover, payments for e-books are not refundable and there are no exceptions.

• Musical items are not available for resale - You may not re-sell e-books, midi, psr tabla style or raga mp3 in any format. You represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into our website and to use the website in accordance with this Agreement. In cases where you have authorized a minor to use the website, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such minor; (ii) controlling the minor's access to and use of the website; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor.

• We may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, or transfer our website to another domain at any time without notice.

• If you submit materials via email, post or otherwise, they become our sole property and may be used as seen fit by us for future promotion, site use, or sale unless a prior agreement has been made. That is, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate or create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the World. In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights" in those materials have been waived.

• Failure to follow the conditions outlined here or abuse of site policies will result in termination  without refund.

• Your Credit Card

  You are responsible for the full payment of the material/service. You may use a major credit card in order to purchase material or the  service. If you choose to use your credit card to pay for material or service, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card.  In certain circumstances we may accept payment from online payment services that you designate.

  You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur through your account, including, but not limited to, applicable taxes. You will also be responsible for charges for any products or services that you purchase that are offered for sale through the Service. In addition, you are also responsible for paying any amounts billed to your credit card by someone who uses your card without your permission, even if your credit card company does not cover such costs.

  If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. All the payments are sent on private basis and with mutual understanding and trust. Your credit card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card in connection with the Service.
